Glow Blend is a three-component research formulation bringing together BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu in a single lyophilised preparation, developed for laboratory work across peptide-mediated signalling, cellular communication, cytoskeletal regulation, and copper-dependent biochemical pathways.
Each component brings distinct molecular characteristics to the blend. BPC-157 is commonly studied in the context of peptide-mediated signalling and nitric oxide-associated pathways; TB-500 is widely used in research into actin regulation, cytoskeletal organisation, and cellular migration; and GHK-Cu, a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide complex, is frequently applied to investigations of copper transport, extracellular matrix regulation, and peptide-metal interactions. Together, they allow researchers to examine multiple signalling mechanisms within a single controlled experimental model.

Handling, Reconstitution & Stability
- Handle under dry conditions, as peptide components may absorb atmospheric moisture.
- Reconstitute using sterile water or an appropriate buffered aqueous solution according to experimental requirements.
- Avoid vigorous agitation during dissolution.
- Avoid metal-chelating agents (e.g. EDTA) or buffers that may disrupt the copper coordination of the GHK-Cu component.
- Filter sterilize if needed (e.g. 0.22 µm) immediately prior to use.
- Aliquot and store reconstituted solutions at –20 °C (or lower) to avoid repeated freeze–thaw.
Precautions & Notes
- Experimental outcomes may vary depending on concentration, exposure duration, and model system utilised; appropriate controls should be included when evaluating individual or combined peptide responses.
- Buffer composition, pH, and ionic strength may influence the stability and behaviour of individual peptide components.
- Light exposure and prolonged aqueous storage may reduce stability, particularly of the GHK-Cu component.
- Protect from prolonged exposure to moisture, light, and elevated temperatures.
- Glow Blend is intended exclusively for laboratory research and analytical applications. For research use only — not for human consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic procedures, performance enhancement, or veterinary applications.
